The boat has a 6ft 10-inch (2.1 metre) beam and the hull was epoxied in circa 2015. The headroom in the forward is 6 feet 3 inches and at the rea 5 feet 8 inches.

The accommodation features a saloon, galley, double cabin, and shower room. Webasto water and central heating and 2 x solid fuel stoves.

The current mooring rates including VAT are: If paid annually £74.50 per foot, if paid 6 monthly £39.35 per foot and if paid monthly £6.90 per foot, payable by standing order. Six months’ mooring fees payable in advance. A residential licence is payable to British Waterways and council tax is payable.

Langley village with local shops and station on the Elizabeth Line is within easy access.
