Eltze Estates Ltd offer terms of business to suit our client’s needs.

We mainly offer business on the basis of a sole selling or letting agency which grants us a fixed period of exclusivity.

This allows Eltze Estates Ltd to employ all marketing techniques to find you a buyer or tenant at the best possible price.

Our fees are on a strictly no sale or let basis and become payable upon legal completion or at the start or at periodic intervals throughout a tenancy.  

Fees are based on the property and by negotiation at the start of the contract.
