BOB ELTZE - Director
Bob established Eltze Estates in 2009 in the former Sherriff Mountford Iver office where he was Associate Partner. He was joined in 2010 by his wife Laurie as
a fellow Director.
He has two sons and has been an estate agent for over 30 years with a wealth of experience and local knowledge. Bob was an Assistant Professional Golfer
after he left school and is a keen fisherman.
Bob also enjoys cycling and has competed in 3 Triathlons in the 2015 season.
Bob enjoys travel and has recently returned from Bali, Singapore and fishing in Bordeaux.
LAURIE ELTZE - Director
Laurie has had a multi-faceted career over 40 years and has always been employed in a public facing role. Her previous nursing career tapped in on her naturally
caring/nurturing manner. She confesses that the 'Lettings Industry' is challenging, but with over 22 years' experience and a wealth of knowledge in the sales &
lettings industry, she is more than capable of handling the day to day demands of our busy office.
Laurie was born and lived in the Caribbean, moving to the UK 39 years ago. Plain speaking and a sunny disposition come naturally! Laurie shares her husband's
love of travel and healthy living. Downtime is always welcome in a good novel or film.
Laurie is concentrating her efforts on building the Lettings Department by maintaining high standards and is dedicated to excellent customer care of both our landlords
MARK HODGES - Office Manager
Mark has been a local estate agent for 35 years and this is the second time he has teamed up with Bob & Laurie.
He is married with two grown up children who have both left home, but says it is lovely when they come back to visit.
He is also a keen golfer and fisherman and has lots of stories to tell about the one that got away.
Mark has been a member of his local Rotary for the last four years. He was previously a member of his the Roundtable and is delighted to help in any property related matter.
JO HOLLAND - PA/Administrator
Jo has lived in Iver for nearly 20 years and has been with Eltze Estates since 2011. Prior to this Jo was the Office Manager at the local infant school. She has a 20 year
old daughter who went to school locally.
With her sound secretarial and administration background she produces all of the sales particulars and uploads property information and photographs for magazine
entries, the Eltze website, Rightmove and Zoopla.
Jo is Bob's PA and specifically responsible for the administration in the office. She is also regularly involved in the arrangement of viewings, lettings administration and has a
sound knowledge of the area and property in Iver.
PETER WINSALL -Senior Negotiator
Peter has been involved in estate agency for the last 15 years and has worked with Bob for over 10 years.
As well as being involved with the marketing of properties he also prepares and draws the floor plans.
He lives in Taplow and has extensive knowledge of the local area.
Peter is married with three children and two grandchildren. His leisure activities included Bridge, Bowls and travel.
GILES SELLER - Sales Negotiator
Giles joined Eltze Estates in 2015 and previously worked for Sherriff Mountford in Burnham village for 9 years.
He has spent 2 years travelling around the world, working in customer service roles.
Giles is a keen golfer, loves good food, films and travel, although his trips abroad are now much shorter due to work commitments.
SANDRA WOODLAND - Sales Negotiator
Sandra has recently joined Eltze Estates to help out on Saturdays. She has been known to Bob, Mark & Laurie for many years and says 'She is delighted to be part of
Sandra's background includes many years selling for the motor trade and then qualifying as a Mortgage Consultant with a major bank. She then spent several years
working for estate agencies including Sherriff Mountford.
She is married with a 27 year old son 'who still lives at home!' and is an addicted golfer who enjoys cooking, eating out and going to the cinema.
ALISSA POTTER - Mortgage Advisor
Alissa works alongside Bob and the team at Eltze Estates. She has access to hundreds of mortgages products ensuring that Eltze clients get the very
best advice and a mortgage that is both competitive and suitable to their needs.
Alissa lives locally with her partner Andy. When she is not working she is an active swimmer and keen motorcyclist.

The specification makes note of the size, features and benefits of the property and the floor plan provides an essential guide to the property layout.
Our applicant register
Our register of waiting buyers and tenants is continually updated and our sales team establish rapport and understanding of what these buyers and tenants are seeking.
We never forget that the buyer or tenant of today is the client of tomorrow and we seek to satisfy all our customers beyond their expectations.
A weekly bulletin is sent by e-mail or post to all our buyers and tenants for their perusal.
We have received feedback that this regular update is most appreciated and leads to many effective introductions being made.
Accompanied viewing is preferred as experience has taught us that buyers feel more comfortable with the Estate Agent present. Our sales negotiators are friendly and approachable and know how to point out the best selling features of your property.
Buyers and tenants are also more direct with the agent so that constructive feedback can be gained.
There may be occasions when the owner being present is helpful but as a rule we advise distance between our clients and the incoming applicant.
Pets, in particular dogs, are unfortunately not helpful at viewings and no matter how friendly they are should be removed from the property for the viewing.
Most importantly we provide our clients with regular feed back on the viewing as soon as this is available. The feed back may not always be good news but we feel constructive comments are important as changes could be made to ensure a better chance with the next viewing.

We utilise full colour advertising in the Property News which is published on a Wednesday and has a free weekly distribution of up to 81,000 copies. The property news covers the surrounding area including Colnbrook, Datchet, Eton, Farnham Common, Farnham Royal, Fulmer, Langley, Iver, Iver Heath, Richings Park, Stoke Poges, Slough, Wraysbury,Old Windsor and Windsor.
When additional advertising is required we also use the Hillingdon & Uxbridge Leader. This newspaper has a distribution of up to 80,000 copies and is published on a Wednesday. The Leader covers the surrounding area including Hillingdon, Uxbridge, West Drayton, Hayes, Heston and Hounslow.
Other forms of National advertising can be used including the Telegraph and Times property section, The Mail on Sunday property section and magazines such as Country Life and the Horse and Hound. National advertising can be organised by Eltze Estates Ltd upon request at an additional cost of the client. Please ask for further details.
An eye catching colour window card shall be placed in our High Street office showing the features and the benefits of the property its location and price.
We also advertise local properties in the Richings Park post office window which has a high level of foot traffic and produces many quality leads.
